BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:

The project change is authorized to CPB# 323-04-296823665. This
change authorizes the additional funds programmed for this project. We
propose to widen the existing road, install curb, gutter, and sidewalks onto
Morgan Road, beginning at Tobacco Road and ending at 1,850 feet East of
U.S. 1 (Deans Bridge Road). The change is for the total amount of
$2,158,200 and ",ill be funded by the Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I and
Phase III Programmed Funds.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:

Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
