BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond
County, Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby
amended:"
Section 1:' The project change authorized' is for CPB# 327-04-
296812003., 'This change is for the additional funds
necessary for Engineering Services associated witl} 'said
project, in the total amount of $1,163,9'86 to the funded by
the project Right of Way account within the Special 1% Sales
Tax, Phase III Fund.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
$1,163,986
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
