BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:

Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB# 327-04-201812086. This project is
designed adjust manholes and water valves. The total estimated cost of
construction and contingency for this project is $137,000, to be funded
by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture Funds.
Section 2: . The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
