BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-299823595. This change is
for revised estimates within Right of Way, Advertising, Construction and
Contingency associated with the said project, in the total amount of
$55,000 to be funded by the Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Augusta Utilities
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Ph. III Recapture
