BOBBY JONES EXPRESSWAY @ S.R. 56 ADDITIONAL LOOP
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8156-330 adopted December 15, 1992.
This change is for additional funds required for utility relocation as per the Georgia Department of
Transportation's most recent estimate. These funds in the amount of $154,000 are available from
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Recaptured Funds.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
$187,000
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Phinizy $187,000
BY DISTRICT
2nd $187,000
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
