BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is for the County's participation in the Georgia Department of
Transportation's Bobby Jones Expressway widening project from just north of 1-20 to
Wrightsboro Road. Augusta-Richmond County is responsible for the costs associated with
utility relocation. This project is funded by Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III as this project is on
the approved list.
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
$165,000
Section 3. The following amount are to be expended for the project:
