BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-201823371. This project
purposes to widen Berkman road from Wheeler Road to Washington
Road including turn lanes adding curb, gutter and sidewalk and to
consider an underground storm drainage system. This authorization is
for Engineering, Right of Way, Advertising, Signals, Construction and
Contingency associated with the said project, in the total amount of
$2,713,000 to be funded by the Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
