(Wrightsboro Road to Jimmie Dyess Parkway - Formerly New Belair Road)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-201823332. This project
purposes to widen Barton Chapel Road to add curb, gutter and
sidewalk and to consider an underground storm drainage system from
Wrightsboro Road to Jimmie Dyess Parkway. This authorization is for
Engineering, Right of Way, Advertising, Construction and Contingency
associated with the said project, in the total amount of $2,341,000 to be
funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
