CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond
County, Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby
adopted:
Section 1: The project change IS authorized to CPB# 322-04-
292822678. This change authorizes the additional funds
necessary for Utility relocation for reconstruction of Barton
Chapel Road from north Deans Bridge Rd. to south of Glenn
Hills Drive and from old Barton Chapel Rd. to south of
Milledgeville Rd. The change is for the total amount of
$250,000 for utility relocations and will be funded by the
Suburban Recapture, Phase II Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Suburban Recapture, Phase II
$2,896,000

$3,146,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Rocky & Butler $3,146,000
By District
3rd, 4th & 5th $3,146,000
Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available
to the Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
