BARTON CHAPEL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I
CHANGE NUMBER THREE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8675-094 adopted February 1, 1994. This
change is for the additional surveying and design to include a sanitary sewer system crossing
Wrightsboro Road to serve the northern terminus of Barton Chapel Road in the amount of $5,200 to
come from Urban Water & Sewer Funds.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II

RE: Sanitary Sewer Extension to serve property located at the southwest comer of
Wrightsboro Road and Barton Chapel Road
Dear Mr. Gooding:
In response to your request, we are pleased to submit our proposal to provide the required
surveying and engineering design for the above referenced project.
Project Scope:
Select the route of least resistance and cost to extend sanitary
sewer from the existing end of line manhole located at the
intersection of Crescent Street and Turner Drive .to the southwest
intersection ofWrightsboro Road and Barton Chapel Road.
Our fee to perform the above services related to this project is Five Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($5,200.00).

If additional work is required beyond the scope of this project, we can accomplish that work
either at our hourly rate or with an amendment to this proposal.
