BARTON CHAPEL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I
. CHANGE NUMBER FOUR
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
GPB#5S-8675-094
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8675-094 adopted February 1, 1994. This
change is for additional right-of-way funds, advertising for bids, construction and contingency in the
amount of $1,158,000. These funds will come from those set aside for this project in Special 1%
Sales Tax, Phase I in the amount of $541,400, Utilities Renewal and Extension Funds in the amount
of $84,000 and Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I Recaptured Funds in the amount of $532,600.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
