BARTON CHAPEL ROAD, PHASE II
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond
County, Georgia that the. following Capital Project Budget is hereby
adopted:
Section 1: The project change IS authorized to CPB# 322-04-
292822678. This change authorizes the additional funds
necessary for Right of Way, Construction and Contingency
for reconstruction of Barton Chapel Road from north Deans
Bridge Rd, to south of Glenn Hills Drive and from old Barton
Chapel Rd. to south of Milledgeville Rd. The change is for the
total amount of $860,000 and will be funded by the Special
1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
$2,896,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
By Basin
Rocky & Butler $2,896,000
By District
3rd, 4th & 5th $2,896,000
Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available
to the Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
