BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond
County, Georgia that the following Capital proj ect Budget is hereby
adopted:
section 1.
The project authorized is for the Belair Hills
Estates Master Plan. The total cost of the
engineering effort to produce this Master Plan is
$33,700 and will come from Special One Percent
Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture Funds.
Section 2.
The following revenues are anticipated to be
available to the Commission-Council to complete the
project:
Special 1% Sales Tax Program, Phase I $33,700.

RE: Belair Hills Infrastructure
Improvements Study
Dear Mr. tvlurphy:
We are pleased to submit this proposal for providing engineering services in
connection with the above referenced project.
The srudy area will comprise an area bounded as follows;
South - Paine Street and existing subdivision limits
West - Limits of existing subdivision
North - Saybrook Drive, Avalon Avenue
East - Flagler Road, NIarshall Street, & Grape Avenue
James G. Swift & Associates will provide the following services:
1. Provide research and ground surveys necessary to determine
location and size of existing drainage systems and water systems
2, Establish limits of existing roadways (street stubs)
3. Prepare overall map of area showing existing drainage systems,
water systems, and roadways
4. Prepare drainage stlldy of area
5. Prepare layout of new sanitary sewer system, water system, and
roadway improvements
6. Show proposed improvements on overall map
7. Prepare cost estimate of proposed improvements and make
recomnlendadons for phasing of work.
