CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-201823101. This project is
for several drainage related issues that have been identified due to
sewer erosion problems, undersized culverts, storm water run-off, and
inadequate piping systems. This authorization is for Engineering
associated with the said project, in the total amount of $1,308,385 to be
funded by County Forces Grading and Drainage, Phase IV.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
County Forces Grading and Drainage, Phase III $ 116,750
County Forces Grading and Drainage, Phase IV .$1 ,342,000
$1,458,750
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget amendment shall be made
available to the Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
