BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#323-04-296823215. Additional
funding is required to design street lighting plans and design retaining walls to
minimize impacts to properties. Funding is available in SPLOST Phase III
Recapture Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Augusta Utilities
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
