CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the following capital
project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. CF'B# 58-8014-097 in the amount of $700,000.00 was adopted by the Commission. These
funds were set aside for this project in Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase II.
This project change authorizes the reallocation of funds from contigency to engineering.
Section 2. ThE~ project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. ThE! following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission to complete
the project.
Spec:ial1 % Percent Sales Tax, Phase /I $700,000
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Section 5. Copies of the Capital Project Budget Amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
