SUPPLElVIENTAL AGREEMENT

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.
WHEREAS, We, W.R. Toole Engineers, Inc., Consultant, entered into a contract with
Augusta-Richmond County on February 16, 1999, for engineering design services
associated with the Windsor Spring Road Improvements, Project No. 323-04-296823516,
File Reference No. 01-014 (A), and
WHEREAS, certain revisions to the design requested by Augusta-Richmond County are
not covered by the scope of the original contract, we desire to submit the following
Supplemental Agreement to-wit:
Additional Engineering services required to add improvements to Windsor
Spring Road from Young Forest Drive to Old Louisville Road.
It is agreed that as a result of the above-described modification in the amount of$29,800,
the contract amount is increased to $114,800.
Any modifications to submittal dates shall be as identified in the attached proposal. This
agreement in no way modifies or changes the original contract of which it becomes a
part, except as specifically stated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, We, W.R. Toole Engineers, Inc., Consultant, hereby agree to said
Supplemental Agreement consisting of the above mentioned items and prices, and agree
that this Supplemental Agreement is hereby made a part of the original contract to be
performed under the specifications thereof, and that the original contract is in full force
and effect, except insofar as it might be modified by this Supplemental Agreement.

CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
WINDSOR SPRING ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB#323-04-296823516. This change
is for the additional funds necessary for Engineering associated with the
said project, in the total amount of $29,800. These funds will come from
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture ($12,917) & Phase II Recapture
(16,883).
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Govemment to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I $ 280,000
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III $1,853,000
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture $ 12,917
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture .$ 16,883
$2,162,800
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
