WHEREAS, We, Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, p,c. Consultant, entered into a contract
with Augusta-Richmond County on November 13, 1998, for engineering design services
associated with the Alexander Drive Improvements, Project No.323-04-296823215, File
Reference No, 01-014 (A), and
WHEREAS, certain revisions to the design requested by Augusta-Richmond County are not
covered by the scope of the original contract, we desire to submit the following Supplemental
Agreement to-wit:
Additional Engineering services for environmental mitigation, retaining wall
design, and NEP A documentation,
It is agreed that as a result of the above modification the contract amount is increased by
$84,100.00 to $368,355.35.
Any modifications to submittal dates shall be as identified in the attached proposal. This
agreement in no way modifies or changes the original contract of which it becomes a part, except
as specifically stated herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, We, Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, P. c., Consultant, hereby agree to
said Supplemental Agreement consisting of the above mentioned items and prices, and agree that
this Supplemental Agreement is hereby made a part of the original contract to be performed under
the specifications thereof, and that the original contract is in full force and effect, except insofar
as it might be modified by this Supplemental Agreement.

CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB# 323-04-296823215. The additional
funds are for Supplemental Agreement Number Three which will allow
Augusta-Richmond County to be in compliance with GDOT
requirements regarding format of plans for engineering services. This
authorization is for Engineering associated with said project in the
amount of $84,100 to be funded by the Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III
Project Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
