FIRST AMENDMENT
PARKING MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
THE PARKING MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT dated February 1, 2003 by and
between Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, 530 Greene
Street, Room gOl, Augusta, Georgia 30911, ("AUGUSTA"), and Republic/Payne
Parking System, Suite 2000 Republic Centre, Chattanooga, Tennessee,
("OPERATOR"), is hereby amended as follows:
1. The term of the Parking Management Agreement shall be extended from its
current expiration of January 31, 2004 to January 31, 2006.
All other terms, covenants, and conditions of the Parking Management Agreement
dated February L 2003 shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
This First Amendment shall be attached to the Parking Management Agreement
dated February 1, 2003, and, if any conflict exists between the provisions of this First
Amendment and any provisions of the above-mentioned Parking Management
Agreement, it is understood and agreed that the provisions of this First Amendment shall
govern.
