The Augusta-Richmond County Community Partnership and Board of Commissioners enter into an
agreement for the provision of (service, program, activity or support) as specified in the annual operating
plan to achieve the county's goal(s), Either party to this agreement may tenninate this agreement by giving
the other party (30) days in advance notice in writing,

Responsibilities of the Partner
Board of Commissioners agrees to provide the services outlined below,
I, Serve as a fiscal agent or as a conduit for funds, for the Partnership .
2, Work cooperatively and openly with Partnership's Staff in communicating mission, vision,
and services available via the Partnership to consumers
3, Support Partnership's Comprehensive Strategic Plan by Supportive strategies and
activities related to specific benchmark goals in areas of Child Abuse and Neglect, Poverty,
Infant Mortality, and Teen Pregnancy

. Child Development
. School Success
. Family Functioning
. Family Economic Capacity
4, Support all evaluation activities
5, Appoint Commissioner to serve on Partnership's Board of Trustees
6, Assign appropriate staff to serve on Membership Council and Committees
7, Provide technical assistance to staff (when needed and feasible)
8, Meet with Consumer Groups to discuss Community Needs
9, Support collaborative proposals for possible funding
