ADDENDUM FOR CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

Dear Mr. Rushton:
As part of our mutual understanding for the agreed upon changes to the June, 1998 Agreement
between the parties, New World Systems7 is pleased to submit the following change orders to
our Agreement dated June 8, 1998. __
The attached forms (Exhibits 1 and 2) are to be reviewed and approved by you and/or your
authorized representative. They describe the changes agreed upon.
The General Terms and Conditions from our current License Agreement are incorporated and
continue to apply.
We thank you for your continued business with New World Systems. We look forward to
completion of this project with you.

EXHIBIT 1
CHANGE ORDER FOR SOFTWARE SUBSTITUTION
AUGUSTA. GEORGIA
This change is intended to provide Customer with a single vendor (Microsoft) for both Operating
System and Database Software.
As part of the June, 1998 Agreement(s), New World agreed to provide Customer Database
Software for NT from Oracle Corporation for a total cost of $23,700.
The parties now agree that the Oracle Software will not be provided and the following Microsoft
Software products will be substituted for the same cost.
· Back Office NT Server License (Version 4.5)
Includes SQL Database _Software
(I copy for 2 servers)
· Back Office NT Media
(1 copy for 2 servers)
· Back Office NT Client License on Server
(60 concurrent user copies)
· NT Workstation (Version 4.0 or higher) (100 workstation copies)
(current release level to work with Back Office Server Software)
Since Customer has already paid for the Oracle Software and the cost of the Microsoft products
exceed $23,700, New World shall pay for the above Microsoft products. The above licenses shall
cover the necessary NT software for two (2) NT servers. Customer is responsible for any other
client NT licenses.
Customer agrees to install all copies of the NT software. In consideration for Customer doing this,
New World shall provide a credit of$6,000 against services invoices currently owed of$47,230.08.
The $6,000 credit assumes Custo~er pays $41,230.08 no later than June I, 1999.
