AMENDMENT TO FmER CAPACITY AND POLE ATTACHMENT
SHARING AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Fiber 4 ~ity and Pole Attachment Sharing Agreement is
made and entered into as of the - day of n ~ ' 2004, by and between .
Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State f GeorgIa (the "CIty") and
Knology of Augusta, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Knology"). .
Whereas, the City and Knology entered a Fiber Capacity and Pole Attachment
Sharing Agreement on May 18, 1999; and
Whereas, said Agreement allowed for subsequent amendments thereto to describe
changes, deletions and/or additions to routes desc1jbed therein.
Now, therefore, the City hereby grants to Knology pole attachment rights as is
more specifically shown and designated on a drawing attached hereto captioned "Telfair
and lOth Street Fiber Exhibit" which is expressly incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof.
Except as modified herein for the additional routes designated by this Agreement,
said Fiber Capacity and Pole Attachment Sharing Agreement shall continue. in full force
and effect including franchise fees accruing to Augusta, Georgia
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed and delivered this
Agreement as of the day'and year first above written.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS Knology of Augusta, Inc. and Augusta, Georgia have entered a Fiber
Capacity and Pole Attachment Sharing Agreement on May 18, 1999 and now wish to
designate additional routes.

NOW THEREFORE it is hereby resolved that the Mayor~of Augusta, Georgia be
authorized to execute said Amendment to Fiber Capacity and Pole Attachment Sharing
Agreement with Knology of Augusta, Inc.

In 1999 the City and Knology entered a Fiber CapacitY and Pole
Attachment Sharing Agreement. The agreement. provides for
sharing of poles and for the amendment thereto for rc;>ute changes.

The requested amendment is within the scope of the' 1999

SHARING AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Fiber C;~~ty and P~~ Attachment Sharing Agreement is
made and entered into as of the 1/ day of ,- \A~ ,2004, by and between
Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the Stat of Georgia (the "City") and
Knology of Augusta, Inc.; a Delaware corporation ("Knology").
Whereas, the City and Knology entered a Fiber Capacity and Pole Attachment.
Sharing Agreement on May 18, 1999; and
Whereas, said Agreement allowed for subsequent amendments thereto to describe
changes, deletions and/or additions to routes described therein.
Now, therefore, the City hereby grants to Knology pole attachment' rights as is
more specifically shown and designated on a drawing attached hereto ,captioned "Telfair
and lOlh Street Fiber Exhibit" which is expressly incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof.
