AMENDED LEASE AGREEMENT
COME NOW DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, INC. (hereinafter referred to as
"Landlord") and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") and hereby
enter into this amended lease agreement.
WHEREAS, Tenant entered into a lease agreement with Landlord on September
12, 2000 for 6,444 square feet of usable office space at 360 Bay Street, Augusta,
Georgia for a total monthly rental of Six Thousand Thirteen Dollars and 33/100
($6,013.33) per month and a term of three years (the original lease agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Tenant desires to lease an additional 334 square feet of usable
office space adjacent to the current space being leased for an additional monthly rental
of Three Hundred Eleven Dollars and 73/100 ($311.73) per month for the remainder of
the original lease agreement which expires September 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the rents herein provided and
the terms, provisions, and covenants of this agreement, the parties hereby amend the
original lease agreement to include an additional 334 square feet of usable office space
adjacent to the current space being leased by tenant at 360 Bay Street, which space is
represented by the shaded office space on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, for an additional monthly rental of Three Hundred Eleven Dollars
and 73/100 ($311.73) per month which brings Tenant's total monthly rental to Six
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and 07/100 ($6,325.07).
This amended lease agreement shall become effective on March 1, 2002 or the
date of occupancy, whichever occurs first.

The original lease agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall
continue to govern the respective rights, duties and obligations of Tenant and Landlord
with regard to the entire leased premises.
