WHEREAS the below Contractor entered into a contract with the Department of Transportation, on June 18. 1999. for the construction
of Project No. PRLOP-8530-60 (245) 01 ,Richmond County and.
WHEREAS, certain items ~f construction encountered are not covered by the original contract, the Parties hereby agree to the following
amendment to the original contract

It is agreed that as a result of this amendment the contract time will not be extended.
Time is extended as follows:
Except as specifically amended herein. all tenns and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and effect. The consideration set
forth in this contract amendment constitutes full payment and settlement of all additional costs and expenses including delay and impact damages
caused by, arising from or associated with the work described in this contract amendment.
Now Therefore. City or Augusta, Contractor, hereby agrees to said tract amendment consisting of the above mentioned items and
prices, and agrees that this contract amendment is hereby made a part of th gin con ct to be performed under the specifications thereof.
