EXIllBIT G REVISED DELIVERY SCHEDULEIFINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS The current Standard Software Maintenance Agreement (SSMA) in use on the Public Safety AS/400 shall be extended through May 1, 1999 or such later date as there is Successful Performance (see , Exhibit I of June 8, 1998 Agreement) at no cost to Customer. Using New World's call center (I- 800-support) via the SSMA, New World Systems shall also provide support services for IBM O/S 400. Under Phase I of the June 8, 1998 Agreement, Aegis Law Enforcement NT CAD and NT Records on Exhibit A were scheduled to go live in January of 1999. Should the Successful Performance (see Exhibit I of June 8, 1998 Agreement) of Aegis Law Enforcement NT CAD and NT Records be delayed beyond April 19, 1999, New World shall pay Customer a penalty of$100 per day for each .. . . day beyond April 19, 1999. Should the Successful Performance (see Exhibit I of June'8, 1998 Agreement) of Aegis NT Corrections, Warrants, and Traffic Tickets be delayed beyond September }? 1992, New '-':orl<:l shal~ pay a penalty 0($)00 per day for each ~ay beyond September 7, 1999. the sum of all daily penalties shall not exceed the total License Fees on Exhibit A.
