COUNTY OF RICHMOND
On August 4, 1995 the City Council of Augusta by and through
its Mayor and Clerk of Council did execute and deliver to Village
Square Apartments, LTD. a certain Promissory Note in the amount of
Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand and no/100 ($575,000.00)
Dollars.
The said Promissory Note having now been paid, the same is
satisfied in total by the execution of this acknowledgement,
receipt of payment, and cancellation, and;
The City Council of Augusta, by consolidation, n/k/a The
Council/Commission of the Augusta - Richmond County Consolidated
Government may evidence the payment of the debt by the presentation
of this document as proof of the debt having been paid in total.
