These funds will be used to fund the purchase of associated capital maintenance items and support equipment and operating assistance for the period January I, 1995 to December 31, 1995. Enclosed are copies of the Approved Project Budget and three counterparts ofa Grant Agreement executed on behalf of this Administration. The instructions that you should follow in executing these counterparts also are included. Schroth Regional Administrator Enclosures ; INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXECUTING GRANT AGREEMENTS Enclosed are three (3) copies of a Grant Agreement which have been executed on behalf of the Federal Transit Administration. Two (2) copies are to be retained by the Grant Recipient and one (1) copy will be returnep to FT A to the attention of: Paul T. Jensen, Regional Counsel Federal Transit Administration 1720 Peachtree Street Suite 400 Atlanta, Georgia 30309 The person officially authorized by the Grant to accept the Government's offer of financial assistance should execute the Grant Agreements. (If an individual other than the one authorized executes the Grant Agreement, please provide copies of the appropriate delegation of signature authority.) This execution must be witnessed. Stamoed sianatures are not acceotable. Please note that this Grant Agreement incorporates by reference the Federal Transit Administration Master Agreement, Form FTA MA(2), October 1, 1995, as may be amended from time to time, which was sent to you under separate cover. Also incorporated by reference are any special conditions or requirements that may be contained in the grant award letter.
