AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ..2011' day of _No"V't=.M..'R..:I=12 , 2000, by and between
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission-Council as Successors by Consolidation to the City
Council of Augusta, hereinafter called "Owner" and Thomson Roofing and Metal Company doing
business as a corporation and hereinafter called "Contractor."
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements as hereinafter
mentioned:
1. The Contractor will commence and complete construction of Roof Reolacement -
Electrical Switchqear Room - ARC JLEC.
2. The Contractor will furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other
services necessary for the construction and completion of the project described herein.
3. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within Ten
(10) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and will complete same within
45 calendar days unless the period of completion is extended otherwise by the Contract
Documents.
4. The Contractor agrees to perform all the work described in the Contract Documents for the
sum of Thirty-two thousand eight hundred twenty two and no/100 Dollars ($32,822.00).
5. The term "Contract Documents" means and includes the following:
Advertisement for Bids
Information for Bidders
Proposal
Bid Bond
Notice of Award
Agreement
Performance/Payment Bond
Certificate of Owner's Attorney
Notice to Proceed
Change Order
General Conditions
Supplemental General Conditions
Special Conditions
Technical Specifications
Drawings
Addenda:
No.1, dated September 21, 2000.
6. The Owner will pay to the Contractor in the manner and at such times as set forth in the
General Conditions such amounts as required by the Contract Documents.

7. This Agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed or caused to be executed by their
duly authorized officials, this Agreement in ~ (number of copies) each of which shall be deemed
an original on the date first above written.
