AMENDMrnNT TO LEASE AGREEMrnNT
This First Amendment to Lease Agreement made and entered into this ~ day of

, 1999 by and between SUNTRUST BANK, AUGUSTA, N.A, C.T.
BARINOWSKI, and MRS. AH. LEHMANN, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of
HENRY B. KING, late of Richmond County, Georgia as Lessors, and AUGUSTA RICHMOND
COUNTY COMMISSION (formerly RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA a political sllbdivision
of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners), hereinafter called
Lessee.
WITNESSETH
On July 15,1997, NATIONSBANK, N.A (f/kJa NATIONSBANK OF GEORGIA) was
removed as Co-Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of HENRY B. KING. SUNTRUST
BANK, AUGUSTA, N.A was then appointed as successor Co-Trustee.
The Lease Agreement entered into in October, 1992 for the period of August 1, 1992 until
August 1,2002 by and between NATIONSBANK OF GEORGIA, C.T. BARINOWSKI, and
MRS. A.H. LEHMANN as Trustees and AUGUSTA RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION,
as Lessee, a copy of which is attached, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 18 shall be added to the Lease Agreement to read as follows:
"Any reference to NATIONSBANK OF GEORGIA in this lease shall be deleted and
SUNTRUST BANK, AUGUSTA, N.A shall be inserted in lieu thereof"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, C.T. BARINOWSKI, MRS. AH. LEHMANN have hereunto
set their hands and seals, and the SUNTRUST BANK, AUGUSTA, N.A has caused this

Agreement to be executed by its authorized officers under its corporate seal, all acting as Trustees
as aforesaid, and AUGUSTA RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION, has caused this
Agreement to be executed by its proper officials, under its seal, in duplicate, the date indicated
opposite each signature.
