The following is a letter agreement which lists all of the services which Stone
Mountain Productions will provide for the October 26th Laser Show event for the
City of Augusta. The total cost is based on our last discussion of the subject and
incorporates the systems and effects which were desired.
For a flat fee of $26,500 Stone Mountain Productions, Inc. will provide the
following:
The systems and effects described below will be choreographed to a pre-
recorded soundtrack to create a high energy spectacular, final length and content
to be determined.
1) Laser System: We will provide a high power white light laser system
capable of producing full color complex graphics. We will create a custom
produced opening highlighting the event and recognizing the ten (10)
sponsors as well as the City of Augusta.
2) Theatrical Effects Lighting Package: We will provide an intelligent
lighting package including programmable color wash lighting fixtures
capable of motion and color changing, as well as beam effects and
lithographic pattern projections which serve to greatly increase the multi-
dimensional quality of the overall show and add an extra level of flash and
color to the overall stage environment. These systems will be fully
choreographed into the show.
3) Inflatable Screen: We will provide an inflatable screen (approximately 35
x 50 feet). We will handl~ all aspects of inflating and securing the screen.
4) All Technical Operations Staff, Permits, Shipping, Per Diems and
Clearances
5) large Format Video Projector: This large format video projector is
capable of producing imagery at up to 300 x 300 feet in sharp clarity and
brilliant color. We will provide a total of ten (10) custom sponsor logos at
this package price, plus the imagery which has been specifically designed
to accompany the modules chosen for the final show. If additional
imagery/logos are desired then they will be billed at an additional cost of
$350 each.

6) Close Proximity Pyrotechnics: Pending local Augusta Fire Marshall
approval, we will provide a close proximity pyrotechnic finale to the Laser
Show, creating a high impact "wow" factor to cap off the show. These
effects are designed to be used close to the public, creating a heightened
sense of depth to the environment, as well as pulling the audience into the
production, Our intention is to try and utilize the top of the buildings
opposite the parking decks as a delivery platform for the pyro product.
We would expect the City of Augusta to provide the following:
1) Staging structure at discussed location with a deck platform 50' wide by
24' deep. Deck must be elevated to a height of 10'. Stage decking needs
to be anchored to secure the inflatable screen in case of high winds.
Decking to be a minimum of Y2" thick plywood.
2) Power Requirements/Stage: Five (5) 110 volt 20 amp circuits. One (1)
208 volt 20 amp circuit.
3) Power Requirements/Parking Deck: Two (2) 110 volt 20 amp circuits.
Two (2) 480 volt three phase 50 amp circuits, Two (2) 208 volt 30 amp
circuits. One (1) 208 volt 20 amp circuit.
4) Water Requirements/Parking Deck: One (1) water supply line with
standard hose fitting capable of delivering 8 gallons per minute of flow.
5) Approx. 15' x 15' secured area on third level of parking deck (see site
layout) for SMP equipment and personnel for systems set-up and show
operations.
6) Security for SMP equipment when SMP personnel are not on-site for the
duration of time SMP personnel and equipment is on-site: October 22 thru
October 26,2002.
7) Lodging for a total of three (3) operations technicians for a total of five (5)
days, starting on Tuesday, October 22, 2002.
B) Sound system sufficient for coverage of the area intended for viewing of
the Laser Show (we will provide a line out from our system into the
provided sound system).
We will need to begin all of the necessary permitting and federal clearance
procedures as soon as possible. In order to do that. as well as reserve all
equipment, pyrotechnic product and personnel for the date, we will require 8: 50%
