Re: Purchase by Richmond County from Oliver Owens, et al., of
203.59 Acres of Land (South Augusta Recreation Complex)
Dear Lena:
The County purchased the above property on July 15, 1996
and I forwarded the recorded warranty deed in connection with this
purchase to Linda Beazley on July 23, 1996. The purchase price of
this parcel was $814,360.00. The County paid $300,000.00 at the
time of closing and gave a note for the balance which note was due
and payable on January 17, 1997.
I am enclosing herewith the original note which has been"
marked paid. This note should be kept with the other closing
papers.
