THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1ST day of MAY
1996, between RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, acting by and through the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission-Council, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
(hereinafter referred to as the "County") as successor to The City Council of
Augusta; and SHILOH COMPREHENSIVE CENTER,
(hereinafter referred to as the
"Organization") ;
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, the Organization has submitted to the County a proposal to
provide certain services"for the benefit of citizens of Richmond County as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of Augusta deemed the services to be provided
by the Organization as essential and necessary for the citizens of Richmond County
and that the Organization can provide the services in a cost effective and efficient
manner and committed funds to such Organization out of its reserves;
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and
agreement between the parties, it is agreed as follows:
(1) The County agrees to appropriate the sum of Ten Thousand and
,no/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars from the 1995 Reserves of The City Council of Augusta
to-the Organization.
(2) The Organization agrees for said sum to provide the services as
provided for in Exhibit "A" attached and made by reference a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have caused these presents to be
executed by their proper officers and hereunto set their hands and affixed their
seals, the day and year first above written.

We thank you for your previous monies which helped us to
continue Shiloh's service to this community. The need is even
greater today since our funds are being, cut.
The ten thousand dollars ($10,000) you give us will be used for
maintenance and enhancing the existing programs. However, if
you n~ed a specific example our audit will show t~e cost of
each program and our budget.
The Shiloh Comprehensive Community Center has such little
income it has to rely on the contribution from the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission Council to keep the Center in
operation.
