AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE TRANSIT SERVICE BY AND BETWEEN
DENNIS KERR ENTERPRISES, INC., D/B/A SAVANNAH RIVER COLLEGE
AND AUGUSTA, GEORGIA
This agreement between Savannah River College and Augusta, Georgia withJ1(ference to
providing transit service for Savannah River College students is entered this Q"fE day of

In consideration of the mutual covenants herein-after set forth, Savannah River College
and Augusta, Georgia agree as follows:
A. Fees
1. Savannah River College shall prepay Augusta Public transit a fee of two
dollars per school quarter per student who possesses a valid identification card for the quarter
specified. Savannah River College will provide official student enrollment figures to Augusta
Public Transit on the 11 th class day of each quarter. Official enrollment for each quarter is
determined on the 10th class day of the quarter. Augusta Public Transit will provide an invoice
to Augusta Tech each quarter based on the official student enrollment report. Payment will be
made to Augusta Public Transit on or before the 20th class day of each quarter.
B. Transit Service on Existing Routes
1. Augusta Public Transit will provide transit service at no direct charge to
the student on all existing routes, students must present a valid student identification card issued
by Augusta Tech.
2. Student with a valid student identification card may ride on all existing
routes front the first scheduled day of each quarter up to the beginning date of the next quarter.
Students will be provided this service on all days that regular routes are in operation (student
holidays will not be excluded).
C. Conditions for Termination of Agreement
1. Each of the parties may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other
party no later than sixty (60) days before the first scheduled class day of the next school quarter.
In the event of termination of this agreement Augusta Public Transit will continue route service
as specified in this Agreement through the end of the quarter that the other party is notified.
2. Savannah River College will provide Augusta Public Transit with an
official school calendar at least three quarters in advance. The school calendar will identify the
beginning and ending dates for each quarter. School holidays will also be identified; shuttle
service will not be needed on student holidays or between quarters.

WHEREFORE, Dennis Kerr Enterprises, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, d/b/a Savannah
River College and Augusta, Georgia have caused this Agreement to be executed in duplicate

have caused the seals of the parties to affixed hereto.
