AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, ~NA ,. fNc, , doing business as Day's Inn, 3026
Washington Road, is indebted to Augusta, Georgia for hotel and motel taxes due Augusta,
Georgia; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to enter into an Agreement with Augusta for
payment of these taxes over a period of time; and
WHEREAS, Augusta is agreeable to entering into a payment plan with the
undersigned such that all current taxes will be paid on a timely basis and all past due taxes will
be paid out over a period of time; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned reported sales of $2,244,908.70, whereas actual
sales were $3,021,286.93, resulting in an additional tax being owed of$46,582.73; and
WHEREAS, in addition to said sum for past due taxes, there is a 50% penalty
due under the ordinances of Augusta, Georgia, which penalty is in the amount of$23,291.39, and
an additional sum due Augusta of $4,040.84 for the forfeited administrative fee that otherwise
the undersigned was entitled to;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits to the
parties and covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. The undersigned shall pay all current and future taxes as and when the
sanle are due, and shall keep accurate records of actual sales, which shall be subject to audit by
Augusta, Georgia. Should the undersigned fail to pay any current taxes as same become due,

such failure shall constitute a default of this Agreement, thereby entitling Augusta to take
immediate action to collect all current and back taxes and penalties, or other sums due Augusta.
2. The undersigned shall pay the sum of $8,628.85 per month, which amount
represents a payment of $8,212,73 to be applied against prior year taxes and penalties, and
interest on the an10unt owed at the rate of 12% per annum.
3. The first payment shall be made upon execution of this Agreement and all
future payments shall be made on or before the 1 st of each month, until all taxes, interest, and
penalties are paid, as hereinafter provided. So long as the undersigned makes payments as
required hereunder, no further penalty shall be incurred on said taxes, but interest shall continue
to accrue at the rate of 12% per annum.
