This option may be exercised by Augusta, Georgia, within 90 days after the State Environmental clearance has been approved. (1) If Augusta, Georgia shall exercise its option, the purchase price shall be $23,000 (1125 EightStreet) and $12,500 (1127 Eighth Street) for a total of $35,500, payable at closing, less the consideration paid for the option. If the'option to purchase is exercised, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliverto Augusta, Georgia the fee simple title to the real property and all improvements thereon owned by the undersigned.
