ADMENDMENT AND EXTENSION TO FLEET MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN SKE SUPPORT SERVICES AND
AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY
RECITALS
WHEREAS, SKE Support Services, Inc, (the "Contractor") and the Board of Commissioners of Augusta-
Richmond County entered into a Fleet Maintenance Agreement dated December 29, 1999 for an initial
two-year contract ending December 31, 2001 (the Contract);

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits, right and obligations derived from the
Contract, the County and the Contractor (the "Parties") agree to extend and mend the Contract as follows:
1. The definition of "Contractor" in Paragraph 3,3.1 of the Agreement, Page 7 is hereby amended to refer
to SKE Support Services Inc" 4801 Spring Valley Road, Suite 125B, Dallas, Texas 75244,
2, Paragraph 1 of the Agreement, Page 7 is hereby amended to include an additional extension period
commencing on January 1,2002 through and until 11 :59PM on December 31,2002,
3, Paragraph 3,3,2 of the Agreement, Page 7 is hereby amended to include the "Cost Target" sum of
$ 3,419,240.00 for this one-year extension and amendment.
4, Paragraph 3.1.3 of the Statement of Work, "Uniforms and Professional Attire", Page 22 is hereby
amended to remove the female general office staff and the female supply personnel from the uniform
requirement.
Under ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF EXCEPTIONS, a new paragraph will be inserted, stating "Female
general office staff and the female supply persOlmel are not required to wear uniforms but are still
required to dress in professional attire, A description of professional attire will be presented to the
Fleet Manager for approval".
5, Paragraph 3,3,1 of the Statement of Work, "Location", Page 26, the last sentence in the paragraph
"Augusta Landfill Operations" regarding the AI-Jon compactor will not apply to this Agreement
extension and amendment.
6, Paragraph 3,3,2 of the Statement of Work, "Utilities", Page 26, the paragraph regarding a telephone
usage log will not apply to this Agreement extension and amendment.
7, Paragraph 3,3,3 of the Statement ofW()rk, "Equipment", Page 27, the words "as listed below", "the
above listed" and "above" from all sentences of the subsection "Vehicles and Equipment" will not
apply to this Co?-tract extension and amendment.
The listing of vehicles and equipment will not apply to this Agreement extension and amendment. It is
replaced by "The Fleet Manager will determine the appropriate equipment requirements for issue to the
Contractor on a semi-annual basis",
8, Paragraph 5,12,1 of the Statement of Work, "Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Benchmarks", Page
58 is hereby amended to add to the end of the firs,t sentence of the fourth and the last paragraph "if
available by the maintenance management reporting system,"
9, Paragraph 5,12,3 of the Statement of Work, "Maintenance and Repair Cost per Mile", Page 59 is
hereby amended to add to the end of the first sentence of the second paragraph "if available by the
maintenance management .reporting system."

to add to the end of the fust sentence of the first paragraph "if available by the maintenance
management reporting system."
11. Paragraph 7,2,a of the Statement of Work, "Inventory", Page 64 is hereby amended to add to the end of
the first sentence of the second paragraph "if available by the maintenance management reporting
system, "
Paragraph 7,2,b of the Statement of Work, "Inventory", Page 64 is hereby amended to add to the end
of the first sentence of the second paragraph "if available by the maintenance management reporting
system.:'
Paragraph 7,2,fofthe Statement of Work, "Inventory", Page 64 is hereby amended to add to the end of
the second sentence of the paragraph "if available by the maintenance management reporting system,"
12, Paragraph 7,3 of the Statement of Work, "Parts Warranty", Page 65 is hereby amended to add to the
end of the fourth sentence of the paragraph "if available by the maintenance management reporting
system,"
13, Paragraph 8,3 of the Statement of Work, "Monthly Report", Page 69, downtime by category and totals
will not apply to this Agreement extension and amendment.
14, Paragraph 8.4 of the Statement of Work, "Annual Report", Page 69, Maintenance and Repair Cost per
Mile (CPM) and the Miles between Breakdown reports will not apply to this Agreement extension and
amendment.
15, All of the provisions of the original contract shall continue and remain in full force and effect subject
to the additions, amendments and deletions contained herein,
