, WHEREAS the below Contractor and Surety entered into a contract with the Department of Transportation. on
December 17. 1997, for the construction of Project No. PRLOP-8530-51 (245) C 1 . Richmond County and.
WHEREAS. certain items of construction encountered are not covered by the original contract. the Parties hereby
agree to the following amendment to the original contract:
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IS FOR DRAINAGE REVISIONS.
, CONSTRUCTION FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $0.00 ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED.
, It is agreed that as a result of the above amendinent the contract time will not be extended.' The extension of time
required is 0 days.
Except as specifically amended herein. a..Q terms and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and
effect. The sum set forth in this contract amendment constitutes full payment and settlement of all additional costs and
expenses including delay and impact damages caused by. arising from or assodated with the work described in this
contract amendment.
Now Therefore, We Richmond County Board Of Connnf...noners Contractors. and N/A Surety, hereby agree
to said contract amendment consisting of the above mentioned items and prices. and agree that this contract amendment
is hereby made a part of the original contract to be performed under the specifications thereof.
