WHEREAS, OWNER has granted an Easement dated -M II ,t!, J I, ZOcY to AUGUSTA across the property described on Exhibit A, the original of which is to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia; and WHEREAS, LENDER is willing to subordinate the lien of its said Security Deed dated May 15, 2006 to any interest that AUGUSTA may have in the above referenced easement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained and the duties to be undertaken, LENDER does hereby agree and declare that the lien of the Security Deed from OWNER to LENDER, dated May 15, 2006, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Reel 1057, page 2401, is and forever shall .. Reference is hereby mnde to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. SAID property is more specifically sbown and designated as to metes. bounds aad description on a plat made by Billy B. Beazley, dated June 19. 1969 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 36-R, page Z73.
