AS FOLLOWS: Include in the Site Design, an enclosed pool building with appropriate vehicular and pedestrian
access. Pool building is to be attached to the eXIsting recreation center. The program requirements are as indicated in
the schematic layout (dated October II, 1993) provided bv the Owner. Design Development and Construction
Documents are to be developed bv the Architect and included in one Bid package with the Senior Center. Architect
shall provide assistance in obtaining Bids for 0001 structures as part of the SeDlor Center Construction Document
package. Architect will also prOVIde Construction Observations for pool structure.
The following adjustments shall be made to compensation and time.
Compensation:
