FIRST AMENDMENT TO STANDARD FORM qF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN ARCHITECT AND OWNER
The Standard Form of Agreement between Architect and Owner,
entered into as of the 19th day of June, 1995, by and between the
City Council of Augusta, Georgia and Nicholas Dickinson &
Associates, P.C. (the "Agreement"), is hereby amended as follows:
1. The term of the contract is hereby extended for an
additional period of six (6) months, so as to expire
January 19, 1998.
