BETWEEN the Owner:
Augusta Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia with offices at 530 Greene Street, Augusta, Georgia
30911.
and the Architect:
Turner Associates Architects & Planners, Inc., with offices at 215 Peachtree Street, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia,
30303.
for the Project:

Augusta Richmond County Judicial Center
The project site is bounded by Walton Way to the south and James Brown Boulevard to the east and generally
bounded by the canal to the north and Tenth Street to the west with the building generally located in proximity to the
southeast comer of the site adjacent to the comer of Walton Way and James Brown Boulevard.
Authorization is requested

As Follows:
Provide additional services relative to providing for furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE). The proposed scope of
services is as defined in the attached proposal letter by Turner Associates dated April 30, 2008.
The following adjustments shall be made to compensation and time.
(Insert provisions in accordance with the Agreement, or as otherwise agreed by the parties.)
Compensation:
Services will be provided for an additional lump sum fee of one hundred eight thousand dollars ($108,000) and an
additional reimbursable expense allowance often thousand eight hundred dollars ($10,800). The Architect's total
lump sum fee of four million one hundred fifty one thousand three hundred dollars ($4,151,300) shall be revised to
four million two hundred fifty nine thousand three hundred dollars ($4,259,300) and the Architect's total estimated
reimbursable expenses allowance of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) shall be revised to three
hundred sixty thousand eight hundred dollars ($360,800).
Time:
Services will be provided with no change to the Project Schedule.

Turner Associates is pleased to have the opportunity to offer additional professional
services for the scope of services as herein defined. This proposal is intended to respond
to a request to provide additional professional services relative to providing for furniture,
fixtures and equipment (FFE) for the referenced project. The proposed scope of services
is as defined in the attached letter by RJS Designs Inc., dated April 29, 2008, which
defines services to be provided during design development, construction documents, bid
& award and contract administration phases relative to procurement of FFE as well as the
inventory of existing FFE. The terms and conditions of our services, except as modified
herein, will remain the same as in our Agreement.

Turner Associates proposes to provide these services for a lump sum fee of one hundred
eight thousand dollars ($108,000.00). Please find attached a spreadsheet titled "FFE",
dated April 30, 2008, with a breakdown of the proposed fees. Since there will be
additional printing costs associated with our services, we also propose that the
reimbursable expense allowance for the project be increased by ten thousand eight
hundred dollars ($10,800.00).

this proposal. At a future time convenient to the Owner, we anticipate that an amendment
to our Agreement may be required to be executed.

defined in the attached proposal letter by Turner Associates dated May 12, 2008.
The following adjustments shall be made to compensation and time.

Compensation:
Services will be provided for an additional lump sum fee of fifty two thousand eight hundred twenty dollars
($52,820.000) and an additional reimbursable expense allowance of five thousand two hundred eighty two dollars
($5,282). The Architect's total lump sum fee of four million two hundred fifty nine thousand three hundred dollars
($4,259,300) shall be revised to four million three hundred twelve thousand one hundred twenty dollars
($4,312,120) and the Architect's total estimated reimbursable expense allowance of three hundred sixty thousand
eight hundred dollars ($360,800) shall be revised to three hundred sixty six thousand eighty two dollars ($366,082).
Time:
Services will be provided with no change to the Project Schedule.

Turner Associates is pleased to have the opportunity to offer additional professional
services for the scope of services as herein defined. This proposal is intended to respond
to a request to provide additional professional services relative to providing for audio
visual equipment for the referenced project. The proposed scope of services is as defmed
in the attached letters by Electrical Design Consultants, Inc., dated May 9,2008, and by
A VCS, dated May 8, 2008, which defme services to be provided during design
development, construction documents, bid & award and contract administration phases.
EDC Consultants will provide overall technical support for the A V consultant and be
responsible for providing "sealed" A V documents for use by the project team. For the
purpose of this proposal it is assumed that audio visual equipment will be bid, purchased
and installed utilizing Potts Construction Services. The terms and conditions of our
services, except as modified herein, will remain the same as in our Agreement.
