October 10. 1996, for the construction of Project 'No. PRLOP-1505-2(245l Cl . Richmond County and.
WHEREAS, certain items of construction encountered are not covered by the original contract. the Parties hereby

CONSTRUCTION FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF ' ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED.
It is agreed that as a result of the above amendment the contract time will not be extended. The extension of time
required is 0 days.
Except as specifically amended herein. all tenns and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and
effect. The sum set forth in this contract amendment constitutes full payment and settlement of. all additional' costs and
expenses including delay and impact damages caused by. ansing from or associated with the work described in this,
contract amendment.
Now Tnerefore. We Richmond County Board Of Commiqioners Contractors. and N/A Surety. hereby agree
to said contract ame."1.dment consisting of the above mentioned items and prices. and agree that this contract amendment
is hereby made a part of the original contract to be perfonned under the specifications thereof.
