FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
This Fir~Amendment to the Lease Agreement ("Amended Agreement") is made and entered into this5~
day of~~m'l!:rt::e , 2000, by and between the Unitarian Fellowship of Augusta, Georgia, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as "Lessor"), and Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
acting by and through the Augusta/Richmond County Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee").
In exchange for their mutual good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which each party
hereby acknowledges, and intending to be legally bound, Lessor and Lessee agree as follows:
1. The Lease Agreement ("Base Agreement") entered into by and between Lessor and Lessee on
November 16, 2000, and terminating on June 30, 2000, is extended through and until June, 30, 2001
subject to the terms and conditions of Article 2, below.
2. Except for the reference to a specific date in Article 9 of the Base Agreement, which date shall
hereinafter be modified to read "first quarter of calendar year 2001", the terms and conditions of the Base
Agreement shall be the terms and conditions of this Amended Agreement.
IN WINESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused the execution of these presents by their duly
authorized officers.
