RESOLUTION
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CSX PIPELINE CROSSING AGREEMENT
NUMBER CSX-058482
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to approve
and accept CSX Agreement Number CSX-058482, for AUD Project Number 10166 Powell Road
Water, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has elected to approve and
accept said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for approval and acceptance of the Agreement by the
Augusta-Richmond County Commission be shown by execution of said Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:

1. The Augusta-Richmond County Commission does hereby approve and accept the
Agreement.
2. It is further determined that the Mayor of Augusta, Georgia shall execute the
Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
Duly adopted by the Augusta-Richmond county Commission, this 4th day of March
2008.
