WINDSOR SPRING ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, SECTION IV

CHANGE NUMBER SEVEN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project is authorized to CPB#323-041110-299823766, The funding for this project in
amount of $268,378 is for Supplemental Agreement Number Seven; the purpose of additional
engineering and design services to update the noise study criteria in the environment document
and additional re-evaluations to authorize right of way funds on Ph IV and construction letting;
design of detention pond; special design junction boxes; update traffic volumes and design of
bridge staging details. Funding for this request will be transferred from the project Right of Way
account to the project Engineering account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Govemment to complete the project.
