AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN Richmond County Board of Commissioners and the Richmond County
Board of Education establishes the Richmond County Board of Education as the fiscal agent for the Children and
Youth Coordinating Council Grant, Title V, Subgrant Number 96P-02-9604-003. This grant is being implemented
by the designated recipient, Augusta Coalition for Children and Youth d/b/a Richmond County Family Connection
Initiative.
All conditions of the agreement will be met by the implementing agency before expenditures are made by
the fiscal agent, Richmond County Board of Education. Upon receipt of these documented billings, Richmond
County will reimburse the Richmond County Board of Education and in turn complete payment requests to the
Children and Youth Coordinating Council.
This Agreement is in effect from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 1997, and may be extended under
consent of both parties.
Agreed to as the 1st day of November, 1996.

AGREEMENT
TIllS AGREEMENT BETWEEN the Richmond County Board of Education and the Department of
Family and Children Services establishes the Richmond County Board of Education as the fiscal agrnt for payment
of teacher salaries for the After School and Tutorial Programs for the Medical College of Georgia Grant. This
grant is being implemented by the designated recipient, Richmond County Family Connection Initiative and the
Department ofF,illIlily and Children Services.
All conditions of the agreement will be met by the implementing agency before expenditures are made by
the fiscal agent, Richmond County Board of Education. Upon receipt of these documented billings, the Department
of Family Services will reimburse the Richmond County Board of Education.
This Agreement is in effect from October 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997, and may be extended under consent of
both parties.
Agreed to as the 1st day of October, 1996.
