THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 1st- day of ~ 2008, by and between
Briarcliffe Land Development, LLC, as party of the First Part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" and
AUGUST A, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its
Augusta, Georgia Commission, as party of the Second Part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" (the
words "Grantor" and "Grantee" to include their respective heirs, successors and assigns where the context
requires or permits).
WITNESSETH:
That 'the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars and no/100 ($1.00)
Dollar, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does hereby grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee, its heirs, successors, and assigns, the following
described property, to-wit:
ALL PORTION OF PROPERTY SHOWN ON THE PLAT HEREIN REFERRED
TO AS ALL THOSE STREETS, STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AND
DETENTION AREAS, located in COTSWOLD PLACE according to the plat
prepared by H. Lawson Graham and Assoc., Inc., dated March 10, 2008, being
shown as the following streets: SHERBORNE COURT,jiO' R/W, particularly
shown and designated on said plat as recorqd in the Office of the Clerk of Court
for Richmond County, Georgia, in Book , page / ~(;; and Plat Cabinet
_, Slide , Plat _, to which plat reference is made for a complete and
accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said easements.
TOGETHER with an easement to enter upon all areas shown as drainage, utility
and detention easements shown on said plat.
