NATHAN and TANESIA L. NATHAN (hereinafter ; "referred to as "OWNER") on February 10,2006 gave to BANK a Deed to Secure Debt to ,:E' the property described on Exhibit A, to secure a certain indebtedness to BANK and said (,,:,Deed to Secure Debt is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of (!::'Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 1040, page 2358.
