STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
WHEREAS, Bell Investment Company, as Lessor, entered into
a certain Lease Agreement with West Richmond County Fire
Department, Inc., as Lessee, dated June 30, 1976, leasing the
following described property for a term commencing on the 1st day
of July, 1976, and ending on June 30, 1986, to-wit:
That tract of land, with all improvements
thereon situate, lying and being at the
Southwest corner of the intersection of Barton
Chapel Road and Wrightsboro Road in the 1269th
District, G. M. of Richmond County, Georgia,
fronting 127.75 feet on the South side of
Wrightsboro Road, 113.4 feet on the West side
of Barton Chapel Road, and 28,95 feet at the
intersection, and extending back on its
Southern boundary 106 feet and its Western
boundary, in an irregular line, 69.3 feet and
52.9 feet.
A plat of said property, made by Bobby G.
Price, Land Surveyor, on July 30, 1973, and
revised August 2, 1973, is hereto attached and
is by reference made a part of this
description for a more accurate description as
to the metes, bounds and location of said
property.

WHEREAS, West Richmond County Fire Department, Inc.
transferred, conveyed, and assigned to Richmond County, Georgia,
all of its rights, title and interest ln and to said Lease

Agreement, by Instrument dated December 8, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Richmond County has exercised its option under
paragraph 18 of said Lease Agreement to renew said Lease for two
(2) additional 5-year periods; and
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission-Council
desires to extend said Lease Agreement for a one (1) year period,
from July I, 1996, through June 30, 1997, under the same terms and
conditions, at a monthly rental of One Thousand Two Hundred and
nO/100 ($1,200.00) Dollars per month;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Agreement is made and entered by and
between Bell Investment Company, as Lessor, and Richmond County,
Georgia, as political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting
by and through the Augusta-Richmond County Commission-Council,
hereinafter referred to as "Richmond County" for and in
consideration of the premises, covenant and agree as follows:
1. That said Lease Agreement, as amended, is hereby
extended through June 30, 1997, at a monthly rental to be paid by
Richmond County to Bell Investment Company of One Thousand Two
Hundred and nO/100 ($1,200.00) Dollars per month.
2. All other terms and provisions of said Lease
Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
