Phase II Welcome Center This letter is being written in response to your letter of request dated November 9, 1995 for an estimate on the reimbursable utility costs on the referenced project. This office made a site investigation and did not see any evidence of cross country utihty easements. Utility service must be provided to the new welcome center. Augusta-Richmond County provides water and sewer service to the existing welcome center and should be able to provide service to the new welcome center.
